MacGregor Black is currently partnering with an established and internationally recognised consumer goods business within the beauty and personal care category, seeking an International Sales Manager to support the continued expansion of its European retail footprint.
Operating across multiple international markets, the business partners with a broad range of leading retail groups across grocery, pharmacy, discount and value channels. With European demand continuing to accelerate, the organisation is investing in strengthening its commercial capability across key retail partners and high growth territories.
This is a permanent role based in London with a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop key international retail accounts across Europe, with particular focus on Germany and other high growth territories.
* Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with major European retail groups across discount, value and mass retail channels.
* Support the continued expansion of distribution across new and emerging retail partners.
* Identify and secure new commercial opportunities across international markets.
* Lead account planning, forecasting and commercial negotiations with key partners.
* Work closely with internal teams across product development, operations and finance to ensure successful product launches and ongoing account performance.
* Provide insight into market trends, competitive activity and retailer strategy to inform wider commercial planning.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven international sales experience within beauty, personal care, gifting or broader FMCG categories.
* Experience managing large scale retail partnerships across European markets.
* Strong understanding of the European retail landscape, ideally including Germany and Northern Europe.
* Commercially driven with the ability to identify and unlock new distribution opportunities.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable operating in a dynamic, growth focused environment.
* Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Willingness to travel internationally as required.
