Job Description
3. Conduct property valuations in line with RICS Red Book standards.
4. Prepare detailed valuation reports for a range of property types.
5. Provide landlord and tenant advisory services, including lease renewals and rent reviews and lease restructuring.
6. Analyse and interpret property market data to support valuation work.
7. Advise on property investment opportunities and risks.
8. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
9. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver integrated property solutions.
10. Build and maintain strong relationships.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for this MRICS Valuation and Landlord and Tenant Surveyor job should have:
11. MRICS qualification with experience of valuation and landlord-tenant matters or working towards APC.
12. Strong knowledge of the property industry and relevant legislation and market trends.
13. Proven experience in conducting property valuations and lease negotiations.
