Every pupil benefits from an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). We have a well-established Intervention Team on site, featuring therapists, rebound therapy experts, behaviour specialists, and learning mentors, all collaborating closely with teachers to deliver personalised support. Our therapy dog, Morag, also helps create a calm atmosphere for children dealing with anxiety. The Role As an SEN TA, you will: Design and deliver engaging, personalised lessons that cater to different learning styles and developmental needs. Foster a classroom environment that is safe, respectful, and inspires a love of learning. Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to implement EHCP goals and intervention strategies. Regularly assess pupil progress and adjust your teaching approach accordingly. Maintain open and effective communication with parents, carers, and external professionals.
