Ambitious, and forward thinking, this agency has won a raft of new clients already in 2026, and they're now looking for a talented Account Manager to join their busy head office team.
Description
As the Account Manager you will be the main day to day point of client contact on a number of key accounts. You will be responsible ensuring clients are kept informed and up to date on progress throughout each stage of a campaign. Some of your main responsibilities will include:
* Attend client meetings as required, either alone or with other members of the account team, to take briefs and present work
* Deliver a first class administrative service and client experience
* Write creative briefs and liaise with the studio manager to ensure the allocation of resources
* Brief creatives as necessary and review work to ensure it meets the requirements of the brief
* Liaise with and managing outsourcing partners – including freelancers, photographers and printers suppliers to source estimates and timings
* Monitor progress of campaign performance
* Compile and deliver accurate client monthly status reports outlining all ongoing and future projects to aid the agency’s planning process
* Assist your team to forecast Client Development Plans that realise client growth and revenue opportunities
Experience
The right candidate for the Account Manager role will have experience of client relationship management, ideally gained in advertising, design or marketing agencies, and will be able to demonstrate the following skills and capabilities:
* Able to deliver campaign and account development strategies
* Excellent time and project management skills, including knowledge of Excel and planning systems
* Ideally experience in digital campaigns
* Strong presentation and communication skills, in writing and in person
* A track-record of success in new business pitches and presentations
* Experience of supervising teams and the work of others
* Excellent commercial skills and judgement
Remuneration
* An Account Manager at this agency can expect a salary between £30-35k depending on experience.
* Flexible working - Hybrid 3 days in the office and 2 WFH
