We are recruiting for a UK leading provider of Wraparound and School Holiday programmes in Primary Schools who are actively growing their childcare provision and are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to join their team to support this growth!
The Regional Childcare Manager role is responsible for the operational excellence, compliance, and quality the Wraparound Care and Holiday Camps provision. This role combines hands-on operational management with elements of strategic oversight, ensuring safe, engaging, and high-quality provision for children, while embedding company culture and values across all services and teams.

* Experience of multi-site management in an Ofsted-regulated childcare environment and have strong knowledge of compliance frameworks
* Experienced operations knowledge and be someone who is comfortable spending time at their venues with your teams
* Strong communication skills and be comfortable managing a large team of staff
* Strong stakeholder management experience to manage school, parent, and local authority relationships
* A forward-thinking and proactive approach to solving present and future problems
* Excellent organisational skills and have the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proven ability to manage change and growth
* A passion for childcare and child development
