SHOP SUPERVISOR / SALES SUPERVISOR
AMN Laceby Limited is seeking a Shop Supervisor for our multi-service convenience store to support business expansion. The successful candidate will manage the smooth running of the store, oversee daily operations, maximize retail budgets and product inventory, handling purchasing and sales. You will work closely with the store Owners to support ideas for expanding the business. The retail shop provides services including groceries, lottery, pay point for bills, off-licence services, and newspaper agency.
Responsibilities
* Oversee operations and directly supervise and coordinate the activities of sales and related workers in retail and wholesale establishments.
* Handle inventory control, resolve customer complaints, analyse sales trends, and implement strategies to boost revenue.
* Assist sales staff in connecting with upper management and ensure that business objectives are met.
* Provide leadership to influence customer satisfaction, employee motivation, and the overall success of the business.
Salary
£ 32,000 to £ 34,000 per year, or depending on experience.
Location
High St, Laceby, Grimsby DN37 7AA – UK.
Job Type
Full-time, permanent. 37.5 hours per week.
