Job Description Junior Brand Manager – Neurology
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated graduate to join a leading pharmaceutical company as a Junior Brand Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful launch of our new ADHD treatment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for the launch of the new ADHD treatment.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, medical affairs, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Conduct market research to identify key trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Create compelling marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Life Sciences.
Completion of a placement year or internship in a relevant field is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
