Bespak is looking for an SAP Master Data Analyst for a permanent position for this onsite role at the Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE. The salary for this role is £54K - £63K. Other benefits you will receive are 25 days leave plus bank holidays, discretionary annual bonus, generous 10% pension contribution, onsite free parking, and medical / dental / health / life assurance. Working Pattern – Monday to Friday usual working times of 8:30am to 5:00pm with an 8:30 am to 3:45pm finish on a Friday. There is some flexibility on start and finish times. As an SAP Master Data Analyst, responsible for creating, managing, and controlling SAP master data within the Bespak system. This role supports key business areas by delivering a centralised master data function, ensuring data integrity and standardised, best-practice maintenance. Bespak in Holmes Chapel is an Investors in People Silver Award-winning pharmaceutical CDMO with over 350 employees, currently going through a period of significant site expansion. We are investing heavily to increase our capacity for developing and manufacturing sustainable pMDIs (asthma inhalers) with greener propellants, meeting the evolving standards of the industry, while providing comprehensive development, manufacturing, filling, and finishing solutions for a range of medical devices, including SMIs, DPIs, nasal sprays, and medical check valves. As an SAP Master Data Analyst, your duties will include: • Design, develop, and maintain standard processes for the creation & maintenance of SAP master data. • Input of master data in SAP based on instruction from stakeholders • Provide testing support during the introduction of new SAP functionality • Provide SAP Master data support as a partner to business functions • Provide guidance and training to SAP end users • Advocate the best practice use of SAP to support business processes • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives SAP Master Data Analyst, beneficial key skills and experience: • At least 3 years’ experience of maintaining engineering documentation/creating and modifying ERP data preferably utilising SAP • Working knowledge of SAP as an end user • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications • Ability to work collaboratively with internal project teams • Pharmaceutical /medical device manufacturing experience desirable • Small scale project management desirable • ONC or equivalent in technical/engineering qualification desirable • Knowledge and experience of applying continuous improvement tools and techniques SAP Master Data Analyst, Benefits: 25 days holiday bank holidays Buy/Sell Scheme | A generous employer pension contribution | Private medical insurance | Private dental Insurance | Permanent Health Insurance | Group life assurance | Free will writing service | Active well-being programme | Recognition awards | Free Parking. This could suit someone who has experience as a Master Data Coordinator, SAP Data Analyst, Master Data Administrator, or SAP Project Analyst.
