Location: Brighton, UK Start: After the Easter holidays Hours: Full-time / Part-time options available Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience) Role Overview As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide personalised support to a student with special educational needs Assist with learning activities, both academic and social Work alongside the class teacher to implement individual learning plans Promote inclusion, independence and confidence Support behaviour management and emotional wellbeing Ideal Candidate You will have: Experience working with children (ideally in a SEN setting) A calm, patient and positive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Understanding of individual learning needs Relevant qualifications or willingness to learn Desirable but not essential: Level 2/3 TA qualification Experience with specific needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SLD, SEMH) Why Join Us?
