A Look into the Role
As an Audit Assistant Manager within our Commercial service line, you will:
Act as a trusted business adviser to clients, with a strong focus on quality and professional reputation
Project manage client engagements and oversee all stages of audit fieldwork through to completion
Lead onsite audit teams, preparing and reviewing financial statements and communicating with management
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues, while supporting and developing junior team members
Continuously challenge yourself and contribute to the growth of the business, supported at every stage of your development
Knowing You’re Right for Us
To join us as an Audit Assistant Manager, you’ll hold a professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA, or CIPFA) and be confident leading audits of varying size and complexity. While not essential to meet every requirement, the following experience would be beneficial, and we’ll support your development along the way:
Strong knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS 102
A genuine interest in clients and the ability to discuss business challenges with confidence
Extensive experience using audit software and Microsoft Office applications
Proven project management experience
A desire to maintain and develop your technical expertise
