Referral and Allocation Officer - Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Work

The role
As a member of our Domestic Abuse Services, you will provide triage and administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of our coordinated response to high-risk domestic abuse services in Derbyshire.
Job requirements
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external contacts, responding to enquiries via phone, face-to-face, and electronically from various agents.
* Process referrals into the service and use risk assessment tools to determine suitability.
* Support the smooth running of the service by organising and scheduling meetings, preparing and distributing agendas and minutes, and ordering necessary resources.
* Assist in gathering and analysing data, conducting research, and preparing reports to contribute to service development and meet reporting requirements for commissioners.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with private, confidential, and complex information, and managing customer files using a case management system.
* An understanding of the dynamics of domestic abusive relationships.
* Ability to assess risk in abusive relationships.
* Understanding safeguarding of vulnerable adults and children.
* A genuine passion for helping others and knowledge of relationship abuse, including its dynamics and behaviors.
* Flexibility and excellent organisational skills.
* Full UK Driving License and a car.
* DBS check required.
