Hours
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hours will be on a rotational basis:
* 8:00 to 16:30
* 8:30 to 17:00
* 9:00 to 17:30
You will also be required to work 4 weekend days per year to support events.

Customer Contact Advisor - The Role
To deliver a Porsche Experience that matches the product by managing customer calls and Porsche Cars GB correspondence in line with the Porsche Experience Centre vision. To build relationships with everyone associated with the brand and deliver a professional level of service tailored to each individual customer's needs.
In addition to this, as our Customer Contact Advisor, you will:
* Receive calls and correspondence which may be requests for information, booking requests, or amendments, ensuring compliance with agreed departmental SLA & KPI's.
* Handle all calls and correspondence from both internal & external customers professionally.
* Fulfill outbound call activity as required, ensuring that business and customer requirements are met.
* Accurately update the Porsche Customer database (COP) as required.
* Treat every contact as an opportunity to cleanse and update the PCGB customer database.
* Process payments via an online system.
* Process and fulfill customer invitations following their purchase of a Porsche model.
* Build up and continuously update individual specialist knowledge related to Porsche products and PCGB strategy.
* Conduct PEC reception duties by providing a high standard of face-to-face customer interaction (1 in every 5 weeks).
* Communicate professionally with internal and external customers, managing all requests thoroughly and promptly, using all available resources to ensure effective, timely, and appropriate resolutions.
In order to be successful, you will need:
* Experience working within a Customer Service environment.
* Ability to provide excellent customer service both over the telephone and face-to-face.
* PC literacy and excellent VDU/keyboard skills.
* Desire and aptitude to gain comprehensive product knowledge.
