Job Advert: Agency Support Worker – Day Shifts
Location: Lowestoft
Hours: Day Shifts
Pay Rate: £12.21 - £13.00 per hour (PAYE)
Start Date: ASAP

We’re seeking experienced and reliable Agency Support Workers to join our team, providing high-quality day-time care and support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver person-centred care in line with individual support plans.
* Support with daily living tasks including personal care, meal prep, and medication.
* Promote independence, choice, and community engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 6 months of experience in a support or care role
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
* Reliable, compassionate, and committed to person-centred support
* Relevant training: Moving & Handling, Medication, Safeguarding (in-date)
