About the Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and proactive Office Coordinator to join a high-performing team. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you'll act as their 2IC, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office. From front-of-house duties to facilities coordination, this is a varied and hands-on role that requires excellent organisational skills and a service-driven mindset.
We are open to candidates seeking a 4 day week however, with the preference for a full-time week. Due to the nature of the role, the candidate requires to be fully on-site.
As Office Coordinator, your duties will include:
1. Delivering a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for clients and visitors
2. Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure smooth daily operations
3. Supporting onboarding of new employees, including desk setup and induction coordination
4. Coordinating internal meetings and events, including room bookings and catering
5. Acting as the first point of contact for facilities-related issues and liaising with vendors
6. Ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols and assisting with audits or inspections
7. Assisting the Operations Manager with day-to-day office management and project support
About you
This role seeks someone with a considerable amount of experience in office coordination or administration, ideally gained within a medium or large professional services environment. You'll be confident managing the operational needs of a busy office and comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders.
A background in facilities management and a working knowledge of health and safety protocols would be highly advantageous, as would a proactive mindset and the ability to take initiative. You'll be someone who thrives on responsibility, takes pride in creating a well-run workplace, and brings a calm, solutions-focused approach to every challenge.
