As an Assistant Business Manager, you will:
* Drive store financial results to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
* Support the Business Manager in setting and communicating sales targets to the team.
* Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for the company's performance.
* Lead by example to promote exceptional customer service and experience.
* Coach and provide feedback to ensure Charlotte Tilbury standards are met in service and artistry.
* Extend customer service beyond the store, driving database marketing opportunities.
* Implement development plans and conduct reviews with feedback and coaching.
* Create a positive team culture through meetings and recognition.
* Propose plans, events, and activities to unlock commercial success.
* Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
* Inspire the team with impeccable grooming standards.
Minimum requirements include:
* Retail management experience
