As a Family Law Solicitor / Fee Earner, you will be supporting senior solicitors while managing your own caseload and developing expertise across all areas of family law.

You will be responsible for:
1. Assisting senior solicitors with complex and high-value family law cases
2. Managing a personal caseload under appropriate supervision
3. Drafting legal documents, including applications and statements
4. Attending client meetings, hearings, and mediations as required
5. Providing timely and accurate legal advice to clients
6. Ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory obligations
7. Working in line with the Resolution Code of Practice
What we are looking for
8. Previously worked as a Family Solicitor, Family Lawyer, Fee Earner, Legal Executive, Family Paralegal, Family law Solicitor, Junior Family Solicitor, Assistant Family Solicitor or in a similar role
9. Possess 1-2 years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience)
10. Qualified solicitor with a strong interest in family law
11. Excellent drafting, analytical, and technical legal skills
12. Ability to prioritise effectively, manage workload, and meet deadlines
13. Skilled in IT systems such as Excel, HMCTS Portal, and Practical Law
