Salary: £24,000 - 27,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with 1st and 2nd Line support experience, who has also worked in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate should be able to provide technical assistance on-site in Aldgate for 5 days a week. Responsibilities: As an IT Support Engineer, your key responsibilities will include: Providing first-line support to office users for issues related to password resets, access requests, and login permissions. Assisting with queries related to the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint). Managing and assigning administrative access rights according to company policies. Escalating complex technical issues to our outsourced IT team when necessary. Serving as the intermediary between factory users and the outsourced IT team. Ensuring smooth communication and coordination with external IT providers. Diagnosing and fixing issues related to our IT services, including CISCO and VPN. Liaising with external teams to resolve escalated network issues promptly.
