Aiimi is looking for a Solutions Architect to join the team. As the Solutions Architect you will implement and configure our Enterprise AI Search Platform for customers. You’ll be hands-on delivering solutions in customer environments, ensuring deployments are delivered to scope, on time, and with clear, measurable value.
Job Requirements
* Hands-on experience in platform deployment, configuration, integration and performance tuning.
* Development skills in Python, scripting, or web development.
* Hands on experience with ML/AI and Classification capabilities.
* Understanding of cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-premises infrastructures.
* Working knowledge of networking, storage, firewalls, and VMs.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Clear communicator with the ability to explain technical detail in accessible terms.

* Positive feedback from customers and delivery managers.

Job Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
* Configure, deploy, and integrate the Aiimi Enterprise AI Search Platform into customer environments.
* Translate solution designs and SOWs into working implementations.
* Participate in pre-sales demos, supporting technical playbacks and customer workshops.
* Troubleshoot and resolve project issues, escalating to Engineering only when necessary.
* Capture lessons learned and contribute to reusable delivery approaches.
* Engage with customers throughout delivery, providing clear technical guidance.
* Troubleshoot and facilitate fixes for Service Desk tickets
Key Interfaces
* Senior and Principal Solutions Architects for technical direction and support.
* Engineering teams for product fixes and enhancements.
* Sales & Pre-Sales for demos and feasibility input.
* Delivery Managers to ensure projects meet scope and timescales.
* Customers in technical delivery and adoption stages
