As a Project Support, you'll be at the heart of our Projects Team—supporting project managers and engineers by keeping processes running smoothly and documentation accurate.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the preparation of project quotes, ensuring all details are accurate and timely.
Maintaining and updating project spreadsheets to track budgets, progress, and resources.
Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers to ensure goods and services are delivered on schedule.
Supporting the invoicing process by collating necessary documentation and ensuring prompt submission.
Acting as a point of contact for administrative queries within the Projects Team.
Ensuring compliance with Mitie and GWR procedures and systems.
We're looking for someone who's:
Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working with numbers and financial processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
A confident communicator, both written and verbal.
Able to work independently while being a strong team player.
Previous experience in an administrative, finance, or project support role is an advantage.
