Join AXA Health as a Product Owner within our Product and Pricing squad where you’ll support the delivery of key initiatives in a dynamic, agile environment. This role involves managing the product backlog, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring smooth delivery of features and projects. You\'ll work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and meet strategic objectives. This is a fixed-term role, offering an exciting opportunity to develop your product management skills within a leading health insurance provider.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You\'ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What You’ll Be Doing:
* Own and refine the team’s product backlog, ensuring readiness for delivery.
* Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
* Coordinate daily squad activities to meet sprint goals and delivery targets.
* Support the Product and Senior Product Managers with tracking progress and milestones.
* Gather and incorporate stakeholder and user feedback to inform backlog priorities.
* Monitor product metrics and operational trends to identify improvements.
* Document features, stories, and acceptance criteria clearly and accurately.
* Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure technical feasibility and operational readiness.

What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience in a product delivery or agile environment.
* Strong backlog management and facilitation skills.
* Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Proactive approach to identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
* Effective communication skills, with the ability to maintain clear documentation.
* Enthusiasm for developing product management expertise and understanding strategic planning.
* Knowledge of the insurance industry and its regulations would be advantageous.
