Responsibilities
* Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
* Answering and directing calls, emails, and enquiries efficiently
* Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
* Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
* Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Qualifications
We\'re seeking someone with previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or office based customer service role, who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisation and attention to detail, a confident and professional manner, and good IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office.
