In-House Legal Recruiter
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Recruiter with a strong background in talent acquisition and employer branding. This newly created role sits within a dynamic HR team and offers the chance to make a real impact on recruitment strategy and EVP development.
You'll lead recruitment activity across the firm, supporting hiring managers from vacancy approval to offer stage. You'll also drive innovative candidate attraction campaigns, enhance employer branding across digital platforms, and contribute to the design and delivery of engaging content such as podcasts and social media posts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for fee-earner and support roles
* Develop and deliver EVP and employer branding strategies
* Lead candidate-facing marketing initiatives including graduate events and work experience programmes
* Source candidates directly via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
* Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes
What We're Looking For:
1. Proven in-house legal recruitment experience (agency experience also considered)
2. Strong understanding of EVP and candidate attraction strategies
3. Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and able to work autonomously
4. Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
