Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. The ideal candidate is expected to have some practical skills in caring. This role is vital in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents while promoting a positive living environment within our care home.
Responsibilities
Administer medications
* Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
* Maintain accurate records of resident progress and any changes in condition.
* Promote a safe and welcoming environment within the care home by adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in senior care and leadership.
Experience
* Previous experience in care not required ; training will be facilitated by the company
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage positively with residents and their families.
* A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to seniors.
