Our clients provide solutions for efficient marine operations and currently supply globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for running weekly financial reports, assisting with credit control and ensuring the Head of Finance is well supported. General Duties: Setting up, entering data, and reporting each week all Company Contract information in Sage 50. Taking a lead in setting up and managing and reporting all Contract data in Sage 50. Managing the company Price Lists and adjusting to maintain margin according to the prevailing foreign currency exchange rates Verifying the larger sales proposals for Operational ROV inspection Services (ORIS) Work alongside the sales and operations teams to ensure the contract terms are set up properly and project costs are monitored to achieve planned profitability.
