A rapidly growing building consultancy is seeking an Architectural Technologist to support the delivery of Gateway 2 applications across a portfolio of complex residential and mixed-use projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded professional who wants to develop specialist expertise in Building Safety and regulatory compliance. Full training and support will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone looking to move into the Gateway 2 and Building Safety space. Working within a collaborative technical team, you will help coordinate and prepare documentation required for Gateway 2 submissions, ensuring projects meet current regulatory and safety requirements.
