Responsibilities
* Princes Court Lifecare, located in Beautiful Ashburton
* AM, PM, Nights and Weekend shifts
* Care for residents with a positive, compassionate attitude, helping to make others smile
* Play a pivotal role in ensuring that residents are cared for to the highest standard with kindness and patience, in a warm and caring atmosphere
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Caregiver with a passion for caring for others, to make a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents. You will have a positive compassionate attitude, the ability to make others smile, and be great at working with people.
Qualifications
* Proven experience caring for others, ideally within an aged care environment.
* Minimum NZQA Certificate in Health and Wellbeing, or an equivalent New Zealand or overseas qualification (e.g. Bachelor of Nursing, Diploma in Nursing)
* Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* A genuine love for helping people, excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and positive attitude.
* A passion for continuous improvement, with a sound understanding of the importance of health and safety procedures.
