We are seeking an ICT support / field engineer to join our established and growing team on a term time only basis, covering a wide range of ICT duties as a specialist Education and SMB managed service provider.The applicant should be a highly motivated individual who is looking to develop their skills within the field of I.T. This is a customer-facing role and therefore good communication skills and a professional attitude are essential.The role involves providing support and consultancy by telephone, remote support and on-site on a day to day basis.
