Band 3 Healthcare Assistant – Faversham Community Nursing Team
As a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant you will work as part of a team to keep patients safe and well at home, in care homes or other settings.
Responsibilities
* Provide care to local patients and families as part of the care plan set by local nursing teams.
* Monitor and report on the quality of care received by patients.
* Provide feedback to managers on quality of care.
* Carry out care plans designed to support people living at home, in care homes or other settings and ensure a good patient experience.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Full UK driving licence or an equivalent licence issued by an EU country if driving is required.
