Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our nursery team, working with children aged 2-3 years old. This role is crucial in supporting the early development and learning of our youngest pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities.
* Support the class teacher in creating a safe and stimulating learning environment.
* Provide individual and group support to children, fostering their social, emotional, and educational development.
* Help with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
* Monitor and record the progress of children, providing feedback to the teacher and parents.
* Ensure the health and safety of children at all times.
Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
* Experience working with nursery-aged children.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to the well-being of children.
