About The Role
Night Porter, Hotel du Vin
Rate of Pay / Hours / Contract / Location
The Night Porter oversees hotel operations from sundown to sunrise, managing guest expectations and maintaining brand standards. Responsibilities include:
* Managing Food & Beverage Department during the night
* Welcoming guests and assisting with luggage
* Ensuring public areas are clean and meeting spaces are prepared
* Dealing with guest inquiries and conducting nightly health and safety audits
Experience in a similar role and night shift work is essential. The hotel operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year, offering flexible shifts and hours. Opportunities for career progression include Night Supervisory and Assistant Night Management roles.
