ELFT Digital Therapies (EDT) is looking to recruit an experienced Senior PWP or qualified high intensity therapist (with a PWP background) to join a high performing and creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PWP or a qualified high intensity therapist who has a strong background in delivering PWP interventions. Applicants should have experience delivering supervision and case management to PWPs and be committed to supporting the professional development of PWPs.
Responsibilities
* Hold a small clinical caseload, alongside line management responsibilities of PWPs, and deliver case management and clinical case supervision.
* Support the senior management team with recruitment of staff and the implementation of wellbeing initiatives to support retention of practitioners.
* Work with EDT management to support strategic areas and contribute to learning and development through strong clinical supervision.
* Engage in group therapy delivery as part of widened workshops provision and develop group skills within innovative treatment programmes.
* Contribute to professional development and supervision of PWPs, and support the progression of clinical expertise within the team.
Qualifications
* Essential: Qualified CBT Therapist with full or provisional accreditation with the BABCP or HCPC registered clinical or counselling psychologist eligible for provisional BABCP accreditation, plus IAPT Low Intensity Worker / Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner qualification (PGCert/Dip PWP) or related BABCP accredited pathway. Training or qualification in providing CBT in group formats is desirable.
Experience
* Experience of working in an adult IAPT service.
* Experience of line managing staff and delivering clinical supervision.
* Ability to meet agreed service targets and manage own caseload and time.
* Strong written communication skills; ability to write clear reports and letters to referrers.
* Experience in treating Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and delivering therapy in a group format.
