Role Summary
Supporting the Project Manager to ensure the successful execution of projects. Here are some key responsibilities and duties typically associated with this role:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Execution:
2. Assist in developing and implementing project plans, including setting goals, budgets, and timelines.
3. Monitor project progress and propose adjustments to schedules or strategies as necessary
4. Team Coordination:
5. Coordinate communication between project team members and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration
6. Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, document discussions, and track action items
7. Resource Management:
8. Oversee the procurement of resources and materials, ensuring they meet project specifications and are delivered on time
9. Allocate appropriate resources to ensure projects are completed within the given time and budget
10. Risk Management:
11. Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks and prepare contingency plans for potential problems
12. Reporting and Documentation:
13. Provide detailed reports on project outcomes against initial objectives and criteria
14. Support the Project Manager in contract administration, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards
Skills and Qualifications:
* Education: Min Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or Engineering
* Experience: Must have proven experience in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
* Key Skills: Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and risk management skills
