We have a position available for a new supervisor to join the team at Palm Brasserie. We are looking for someone passionate about hospitality & eager to build a career as front of house with high standards but also with clear interest in food & wine.
As a restaurant supervisor, you will assist the Manager to ensure a smooth & efficient running of the restaurant & maintain at all time a professional approach in order that the high standards of service & care are met.
What will be required:
* Ensure that the restaurant is always presented perfectly
* Competently manage opening & closing duties
* Being able to run a smooth service & to ensure all guests are having a memorable experience
* Support Manager in terms of stock control
* Previous experience in Michelin starred restaurant preferred but not essential.
