Working hours are Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.
As Marketing Assistant you will assist in the continual promotion of Eurofins Clinical Testing through the organisation and delivery of specific marketing campaigns. This could be to direct external customers or to Interco partners.
You will use marketing, press and social media platforms to increase customer awareness of the Eurofins offer.
Job Responsibilities
1. Build a calendar for a continual promotion of the business across the different areas of testing competence and the categories of interest;
2. Use LinkedIn and other social media platforms to increase and maintain awareness of Eurofins offer to the UK market.
3. Lead the writing of PR material for the UK market, increase relationships and awareness with the relevant UK industry press
4. Create adverts, videos and other visual marketing materials
5. Keep local website content up to date using SEO techniques
6. Support the collation of content, generate final copy and issue customer electronic mailshots and newsletters
7. Identify opportunities for business promotion including via print, online, events and sponsorship channels
8. Ensure high quality content is continually collected from technical and/or sales personnel for the delivery of the above
9. Liaise with the central marketing team to ensure a consistent message goes to customers in line with Eurofins brand requirements.
10. To attend Trade fairs and through other networking opportunities promote Eurofins
11. Assist the team to make proposals and presentations for new and existing customers to engage their interest in the Eurofins.
12. To anticipate and identify customers’ needs and build appropriate sales materials for use by the sales and accounts team.
13. To provide reports and data as requested by management.
14. Keep up to date with current techniques and services available within Eurofins in order to promote effectively to clients.
15. To develop and maintain high quality relationships with the rest of the UK team to ensure clarity of communication in all directions.
16. Competent use of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, role specific systems for design and website management and the ability to learn Eurofins specific systems
Qualifications
17. Educated to degree level.
18. Practical knowledge in a range of marketing activities including content creation, creative design, website maintenance, SEO, LinkedIn and executing marketing campaigns
19. Experience in B2B marketing
20. Experience using Creative Software, website content management systems and social media
21. Content generation and proof reading
22. Effective communication skills both written and oral.
23. High level of attention to detail.
24. To be able to communicate to different levels within the business.
25. To be a self-starter, organised and manage own workload in a timely and effective manner.
