* Leading practical experiments that bring theory to life and inspire real-world connections.
* Using assessment data to monitor student progress and raise attainment.
* Collaborating with colleagues to develop and improve the Science curriculum.
* Engaging in extracurricular activities, supporting student-led projects, and contributing to school science initiatives.

* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Physics or a closely related subject.
* Has some experience or a strong understanding of teaching Physics to students aged 11-16.

* Is proactive, reflective, and eager to develop professionally.
* Is passionate about inspiring students and fostering a love for Physics.
* Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to the school's ethos.
