At Stratstone, our Finance Renewals Specialists are responsible for maximising our finance renewals and enhancing customer retention. Utilising key software, you’ll identify renewal opportunities and collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure customers are efficiently identified, contacted, and renewed via the original supplying centre.

You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with:
1. Champion the point of sale being the point of resale by integrating this concept into the sales process, ensuring smooth transition for initial purchase to renewal
2. Uncover renewal opportunities by leveraging our software tools to identify end-of-term and early renewal prospects
3. Collaborate with the Sales teams to strategize appointment-setting, ensuring every opportunity is maximised
4. Actively contact identified prospects, inviting them to the dealership showroom where they’ll experience personalised renewal propositions from our dedicated Sales Executives
5. Maintain accurate records of all renewal activities including the number of prospects identified, contacted, appointed, and successfully renewed
6. Regularly update our internal teams on renewal activities to ensure all leads are maximised
7. Continuously enhance your understanding of manufacturer developments to provide customers with informed, up-to-date advice
Do you have what it takes to be a Stratstone colleague? We’re looking for someone who is:
* Equipped with previous customer-facing experience, with the ability to identify and understand customer requirements
* A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills who can engage, build authentic relationships, and establish strong rapport with our customers
* Proficient in utilising computer systems with full knowledge of Microsoft packages; database experience is desirable
* Analytically driven and able to analyse data to draw conclusions and highlight any issues
* Able to adhere to all company and manufacturer policies and protocols
