Exciting opportunity for a enthusiastic full time Qualified Nursery Practitioner/Early Years Educator. The successful candidate will enjoy days full of fun and learning surrounded by our exceptional Early Years children. The nursery has a large yearly events calendar with fundraising and things to look forwards to. We are looking for a practitioner that has a confident creative, friendly, imaginative, enthusiastic and caring personality who can provide captivating care for all of our children. You must hold a minimum of level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent recognised by the DfE.Following our own nursery curriculum you will be planning to the children's interests within your room team. Whilst adhering to nursery policies and procedures and using the nursery software you will be a keyperson monitoring your key children's learning and development. All training to keywork will be part of induction.It is a 40 hour full time contracted position, Monday - Friday, with 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays (Nursery closed on Bank Holidays and for one week between Christmas and New Year) with an extra days leave to celebrate your birthday should your special day fall on a weekday. Shifts usually consist of four longer 10 hour days, one 4 hour day and half day off per week.A company commitment to you Continued Professional Development (CPD) will help renew, refresh and start your Early Years Training, and all training hours are paid or returned to you in lieu if outside your normal working day. You will be trained to use our nursery management software assisting your parent partnerships and team communication.This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
