* Use PBS strategies to reduce behaviours that challenge and promote positive change.
* Keep accurate records of progress, outcomes, and daily activities.
* Collaborate with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure consistent, holistic support.
CJP Outreach Service is looking for caring, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Support Workers. In this rewarding role, you'll help adults with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge to live fulfilling lives, achieve their goals, and build essential life skills.
About the Role
We're looking for people with experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge, ideally within community-based settings such as supported living or residential care. Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is a real advantage.
* Rotational 12-hour and 15-hour shifts, including sleep-ins.
* Every other weekend working required.
* Shift times 19:30 - 07:30.
