Our client, based near Banbury, is a dynamic advisory firm providing expertise across investments, consultancy and private office services. The firm works with a variety of HNW and UHNW individuals to help protect and grow their wealth through independent advice, investment management and coordinated financial planning.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Paraplanner/Administrator to support their advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong individual with an interest in financial markets who can contribute to the delivery of exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed financial planning and suitability reports for clients.
Prepare cash flow models using Voyant to support the advice provided to clients.
Support advisers in the preparation of client meetings and presentations.
Analyse client financial information and assist in developing appropriate planning recommendations.
Assist with pension, investment and tax planning analysis, as well as some routine administrative tasks.
Ensure all client documentation and recommendations meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate client records and support ongoing review processes.
Liaise with advisers, investment managers and external professionals where required.
Contribute to improving processes and delivering high-quality client outcomes. Key Skills & Experience
Previous experience working as a Paraplanner or within financial planning support.
Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards), desirable.
Good understanding of pensions, investments, tax planning and financial planning strategies.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and financial planning software. Personal Qualities

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
