About the Role: As the first point of contact for clients, guests, and visitors, youll play a crucial role in delivering a five-star experience. This is no ordinary front desk its the heartbeat of a prestigious, high-standards business environment. Your role will be varied and engaging, requiring both professionalism and a personal touch. Working Hours: Our reception is open from 8:00am to 11:00pm Youll work on a shift basis, not the full day shifts are scheduled within these hours Weekend working is required, on a rotating basis Key Responsibilities: Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional welcome Manage front desk operations, calls, and emails efficiently Provide concierge-level support and build rapport with regular clients Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are immaculate Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Support the management team with ad-hoc administrative tasks About You: Background in hospitality (front of house, hotel reception, or similar) Naturally friendly, positive, and confident communicator Exceptionally well-presented with a keen eye for detail Reliable, flexible, and calm under pressure Passionate about service excellence and going above and beyond What We Offer: Competitive salary: £29,500 per annum Work in one of Londons most prestigious areas Beautiful working environment with a professional and supportive team Opportunities to develop and grow within a thriving business
