This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to shape the vision and drive excellence across the Early Years Foundation Stage. This role will be based at St. Peter’s Catholic First School Bromsgrove. This is a full-time position, working 5 days per week plus INSET days. The successful candidate will: have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and significant experience in Early Years education have a proven track record of impactful leadership within an EYFS setting have a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development have excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills be a visionary leader with a passion for inspiring young learners and empowering staff.
