Associate District Manager/District Manager
Join Ecolab Life Sciences as an Associate District Manager/District Manager in Leeds. Manage a service portfolio, lead a team of Pest Elimination Service Specialists, and ensure service excellence across various commercial clients including restaurants, hospitals, hotels, and more. Responsibilities include coordinating district services, pursuing sales opportunities, performing quality assurance, and managing team performance and recruitment. What You Will Do
* Oversee a team responsible for delivering pest elimination solutions
* Train, develop, and coach team members focusing on customer retention and sales growth
* Manage business processes to maximize productivity and service quality
* Ensure compliance with protocols and regulations
* Manage district P&L to maximize profitability
Minimum Qualifications
* Degree and 1+ year of management experience at Ecolab or equivalent
* Experience as a Health & Safety Champion (if internal)
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Valid driver’s license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to travel up to 30%, including overnight
* RSPH Level 2 Pest Management Award (or ability to obtain)
Preferred Qualifications
* Pest industry experience (preferred but not required)
* Sales experience
* Decision-making and problem-solving skills
* Experience managing remote teams
* Business management skills including strategic planning
* Customer service principles knowledge
* Ability to analyze complex problems and develop solutions
