We're looking for a Test & Quality Analyst to join the Engineering team based in North Sydney. You’ll help guide the team through quality process improvements, develop test strategies, and take on hands-on quality engineering tasks — all to deliver mobile products that truly delight our customers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality of our digital products by leading test strategies for mobile, web, and Salesforce platforms. You’ll oversee day-to-day testing activities and provide technical guidance to QA testers. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product teams to embed quality into every stage of the software development lifecycle. You’ll help shape the direction of our quality engineering practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation. You’ll work closely with the release team to ensure smooth releases and minimal disruption to users. And what are we looking for? You’ll bring 5 years’ experience as a Quality Engineer working on digital and web product development. You’ll have at least 3 years’ experience in software test automation or software development, with at least one year in a leadership capacity. You’ll demonstrate a strong understanding of web technologies, mobile apps, and modern testing frameworks (such as Selenium, Cucumber, or xUnit). You’ll have experience in agile development environments, including developing test strategies and participating hands-on in quality engineering tasks. You’ll bring expertise in scripting languages like Ruby or JavaScript, and a solid understanding of TDD/BDD practices. You’ll have a track record of mentoring junior testers and driving adoption of quality engineering best practices. You’ll have excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
