With a strong national presence and a growing portfolio of eco-friendly and high-performance packaging products, they serve clients across retail, industrial, and eCommerce sectors.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across the Midlands, Yorkshire and North East regions. You’ll manage existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored packaging solutions that meet customer needs.\n\nRequirementsKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets\n\nManage and grow a portfolio of existing clients\n\nIdentify and convert new business opportunities\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions\n\nMonitor market trends and competitor activity\n\nProvide accurate sales forecasting and reporting\n\nAbout You\n\nProven track record in B2B sales, ideally within packaging or manufacturing\n\nStrong relationship-building and negotiation skills\n\nSelf-motivated with excellent time management\n\nComfortable working independently and travelling across the region\n\nKnowledge of sustainable packaging trends is a plus\n\nBenefits\nWhat’s On Offer\n\nSalary of £50,000 - £60,000 + performance-based bonus\n\nCompany car or car allowance\n\nPension scheme & private healthcare\n\nCareer development opportunities\n\nSupportive and innovative team culture
