Overview:
As a Customer Service Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's services. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and assistance to meet their needs.
Daily Duties:
* Answer incoming calls and address customer queries professionally and courteously.
* Check the status of consignments and keep customers updated on deliveries.
* Make outbound calls to schedule deliveries for homes and businesses.
* Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure they feel valued.
* Share updates on offers and promotions to enhance engagement.
* Assist with inquiries related to deliveries and collections, providing high-quality service.
* Escalate significant customer service issues to the Customer Service Manager as needed.
* Accurately perform data entry for new jobs into the system.
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in a customer service role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
