Typical Shifts: 08:00 - 20:30, working 3 shifts a week including alternate weekends.

About the Role
We are seeking caring, hands-on Support Workers passionate about improving the quality of life for the people we support. You will help individuals gain independence in daily activities, working within a dynamic team to support a diverse group of people.
Location and Service Details
Our residential service in Langport overlooks the Somerset levels. It is a family-oriented, warm, and welcoming old house supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and complex care needs including visual impairments. No two days are the same! Your role includes assisting with personal care, encouraging community access, and engaging in various activities.
Candidate Profile
We value individuals with the right attitude. Candidates should hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible, and composed. Experience supporting individuals with autism, epilepsy, and visual impairments is preferred but not essential.
