Learning Experience Coordinator – Hammersmith

£20.41 per hour
The role;
This role is offering full time hours and will run on a temporary on-going basis.
Within this position you will be working within a Further Education College and highlighting training needs within the colleges departments for staff. You will be responsible for highlighting trainign needs and planning and implementing relevant training sessions for staff to ensure all training within the college is up to date.
Responsibilities:
Organizing and Scheduling Training: L&D Coordinators are responsible for planning, scheduling, and implementing training programs for employees. They ensure that training sessions run smoothly and efficiently.
Development Opportunities: They create development opportunities for staff at all levels, from interns to senior management. This includes identifying training needs, designing relevant programs, and facilitating learning experiences.
Collaboration: L&D Coordinators collaborate with various teams, including HR, managers, and subject matter experts, to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
Training Methods: They utilize diverse training methods, such as on-the-job coaching, mentorship programs, and e-learning, to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Experience and Up-to-Date Knowledge: L&D Coordinators should have experience and current knowledge of teaching, learning, and student administration activities and policies.
Supervisory Skills: They need the ability to supervise and motivate staff.
