A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required within the Aberdeenshire based commercial team of a well-established civil engineering contractor. This organisation has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across Scotland, including civil engineering, multi-utility, and specialist works, with values ranging from minor works to multi-million-pound schemes. As Senior QS your responsibilities will include managing project finances and contractual obligations, including preparing and presenting monthly cost/value reports, submitting payment applications, and producing cashflow forecasts. You will oversee subcontractor accounts, ensure timely certification of payments, and maintain strong communication with clients and project teams. Additionally, you’ll identify and manage contractual risks and opportunities while ensuring consistent application of company systems and standards.

* Experience in a Quantity Surveyor role – applications from mid-level QS to Senior QS level will be considered
* Civil engineering sector experience beneficial but not essential
