Real Estate Disputes Solicitor / Associate (2-6 PQE) Location: Cheltenham | Hybrid working Top 60 UK Law Firm A leading UK law firm is seeking a Real Estate Disputes Solicitor or Associate (2-6 PQE) to join its national Real Estate Dispute Resolution team. Working under a highly regarded Partner and Head of Department, you'll advise a broad range of commercial clients on complex and high-value property matters. The role covers: Commercial landlord and tenant disputes Dilapidations, rent arrears, and forfeiture Development-related issues (e.g. rights of light, restrictive covenants) Adverse possession and boundary disputes Enforcement and possession proceedings Lease renewals and rent reviews Property-related professional negligence You'll join a wider real estate group known for its specialist expertise and collaborative, supportive structure. The team spans multiple offices, with a strong client base including developers, institutional landlords, retailers, and property investors.
