Our service is made up of shared living at Moylena Court, where residents enjoy a strong sense of community, and more independent bungalows at Cedar Court, where support is provided flexibly based on individual needs. About the Role As a Senior Project Worker, you will support the Manager and Deputy Manager to lead a team that delivers high-quality, person-centred care. You'll act as a positive role model, guiding staff and ensuring that care and support plans reflect the unique goals of each individual we support. You'll be responsible for: Delivering and coordinating tailored support using a strengths-based, recovery approach. Supporting people with their physical and mental health needs, financial planning, tenancy maintenance, and independent living. Contributing to service planning, rota management, and staff supervision. Promoting active participation from service users in all aspects of their care. Liaising with statutory and voluntary partners to ensure the best outcomes. ?? What We're Looking For Essential: A professional qualification such as Social Work (NISCC), Nursing (NMC), or Occupational Therapy (HCPC) with 2 years' experience in a health and social care setting; OR A QCF/NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a related subject plus 4 years' experience in a social care setting. Experience motivating service users and working alongside external agencies. Flexibility to work shifts (including weekends, nights, and on-call where needed).
